Brand Experience: Stylist Live 2018 VIP and Beauty Rooms
Stylist Live 2018 prides itself on designing an event space to relax, refresh, regenerate and treat yourself to a pampering experience like no other. More importantly, it offered the serial Instagrammers of the world an opportunity to add some Insta-worthy content to their story. Over 250 boutique pop-ups transformed Olympia’s main hall into a colourful event space adorned with balloons, confetti, sequins, glitter and leafy green foliage providing stunning backdrops for selfie generation.
In 2017, we provided visitors with a unique photo opportunity to star on a Stylist cover. This year we teamed up with their partners in the VIP Lounge and Beauty Rooms with world-renowned beauty brands Shiseido, Laura Mercier, Buxom and NARS.
We curated multiple photo experiences in the individual brand areas within the VIP lounge and beauty rooms. Each area represented their brands’ identity and offered a luxurious setting that explored Stylist’s long-term love with beauty, diversity, makeup and skincare.
The concept for each individual photo moment was designed to coincide with the brands offering of exclusive treatments.
Shiseido Ginza Projection Room
The journey for the VIP visitors started at premium cosmetic brand Shiseido, a skin care treatment that inspires a life of beauty and culture by celebrating all things Japanese. Visitors were pampered by the Shiseido’s resident makeup experts before immersing themselves in Japan’s dazzling Ginza landscape.
Buxom Bed Booth
Buxom transformed lips with their plump it up bombshell look. A perfect look for the Christmas Party Season. Buxom’s imaginative bed booth let visitors snuggle up and get snapped from above. The bed booth ariel shot concept had it’s official unveiling at Stylist Live 2018, check out the Buxom Gallery.
NARS Catwalk GIF
A brand that needs no introduction, NARS remains at the forefront of the beauty world with trend-led, high-performance products. NARS encouraged visitors to find their fashionista by creating a bold ‘Fashion Week Supermodel Eye’ from their beauty professionals. Following their makeover visitors could then strut their stuff on the NARs Catwalk and share it on social with the aptly titled hashtag #NARSissist.
Laura Mercier Paris with Love Booth
Visitors finished their journey at Laura Mercier’s pastel coloured ‘Très Chic’ area to celebrate the magical city of Paris. Laura Mercier embraced their unique beauty story with ‘A tale of two cities as New York Chic meets French girl flawless at Stylist Live. Visitors created their own Paris moment at the elegant floral photo booth.
Pukka created a bespoke GIF experience on their stand. They wanted to maximise their exposure online by encouraging visitors to share their GIFs to be in with a chance of winning a bag of goodies.
