We take a look back at the best events from January through to June, plus the launch of two of our most exciting products to date.


Costa book awards – Branded photo pod and backdrop

The Costa Book Awards, formerly known as the Whitbread Prize, is one of the UK’s most prestigious and popular literary prizes and recognises some of the most enjoyable books of the year, written by authors based in the UK and Ireland.
The 43rd Award Ceremony celebrated and rewarded a wide range of fascinating books and authors across all genres, you can view all the winners here.



The 2015 BAFTAs was awash with glamorous celebrities from across the globe strutting their stuff down the red carpet, dressed in their finest. Often the dress, the hair and the makeup receive more attention than the award ceremonies themselves and we took full advantage of that. For the 68th BAFTAs, we were fortunate enough to be backstage with the hair stylist to the stars, Charles Worthington to see the Red Carpet glamour look come alive.

To celebrate Charles Worthington’s 7th year of styling at the BAFTAs, we installed our latest and most innovative product to date, the 360° booth, in one of the luxury styling suites at the Savoy Hotel. The carefully selected Charles Worthington glam squad occupied three suites with one being recognised as the 360° Glam Cam room, where even Charles himself found time between interviews and offering style tips to the stars and stylists alike to give us a 360° spin.

Brit Awards 2015 goes 360

The Brit Awards 2015 will always be remembered for Madonna’s spectacular fall from grace during her performance and for Sam Smith and Ed Sheeran capping off a monumental year and sharing the spoils with two prizes each. For the 4th consecutive year we provided branded photo booths in the official VIP after-party area and this year we turned the biggest night in UK music 360-degrees.

CMA Festival 2015 – Branded photo pod and backdrop

Country superstars from across the Atlantic joined forces for a week-long Country-to-Country Festival in Europe. The festival played to sold-out crowds all over Europe with a sold-out weekend at the 02 Arena in Greenwich.
Country 2 Country brings the biggest names in country music together and the line-up this year included Luke Bryan and Lady Antebellum, Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean, Brandy Clark, Brantley Gilbert, Kip Moore and more.
The photo booth used for the event was the social media photo pod, sponsored and branded by the Country Music Association and Nashville Music City. CMA is dedicated to bringing the poetry and emotion of Country Music to the world.


L’OREAL – Branded photo pod and backdrop


To mark the 60th anniversary of L’Oréal’s long-serving live hairdressing competition, the brand embarked on a tour rewarding the partnership between L’Oréal Professionnel and British hairdressing. The series of events celebrated hair, beauty and fashion in a unique, immersive and aspirational way. The competition reached over 900 photographic entries from some of the brightest talents and high profile names, with the leading figures from the industry selecting the finalists.
We supplied L’Oréal with a bespoke social media photo booth for their extensive UK tour throughout April (April 9th – 23rd) see dates here.


Bicester Village – Branded Taxi Photo Booth

Premium designer outlet Bicester Village launched a 6-week campaign to showcase a number of top ‘British Designers’ back in May. The ‘Best of British’ showcase offered an electric mix of both emerging and established designers to give visitors a rich slice of British Fashion History.
To keep in theme with all things quintessentially British we supplied Bicester with an icon of British culture – a branded taxi photo booth.

We Are Fstvl

What started as a one-day festival to nearly 15,000 in 2013, We Are FSTVL is now a two-day extravaganza attended by over 30,000 festival revellers and boasting the biggest and best brands and artists from the entire dance music spectrum. It was a Megabooth takeover on the festival site this year with the new Hippie Van opposite the main stage.

BMW PGA Championship


BMW was the official sponsor for the PGA Championship 2015 at the exclusive Wentworth Golf Club, and they hosted an evening in the village for guests including sports broadcaster Andrew Cotter and the 2014 Ryder Cup captain Paul Mcginely, who shared the highs of leading Europe to a memorable Ryder Cup victory. There was a fantastic acoustic trio Wandering Hands and a BMW branded photo pod, which included a rather special prop …



June was the official unveiling of one of the most innovative products in 2015, Glow Photography. This unique light painting tool launched at a press event for Claire’s Accessories at Sketch in London and then joined Universal Music in Berlin for a VIP Newcomer event for their selected media and business partners in the Roadrunner’s Paradise Club – We teamed up with Universal business party and beauty brand Essence in support of the GreenTec Awards and after party.

ZSL London Zoo presents Sunset Safari


London Zoo will be opening it’s doors after hours for their Sunset Safari summer events taking place every Friday from the 5th June and running until 17th July. For friends, couples and families alike they will get to experience the magic of the zoo come alive, witness graceful giraffes settle down at dusk and catch a glimpse of a tiger prowling at twilight.
A newly refurbished Jungle Taxi Photo Booth returned to it’s natural habitat for a 6 weeks residency for more photo booth sunset safari fun.

2015 January to June – Case Studies



HTC were one of the official sponsors for the 2014/15 Champions League Season and for the final in Berlin we supplied them with a bespoke double sided hashtag printing station, which was situated in the VIP hospitality area at the Olympiastation in Berlin. They used the hashtag station to create exposure for their new handsets and the functionality the camera offers.

The Porsche hashtag printing station was designed to be part of an experience within the Porsche showroom at Goodwood Festival of Speed. Visitors were encouraged to upload photos to Twitter and Instagram to be in with a chance of winning the Cayman GT4 driving experience.
